Fantastic word game

Bus tour days were usually comprised of a Monday through Friday long distance trek to and from work and involved whether yours truly would have full makeup applied by a certain landmark along the expressway.
 
A certain landmark along the expressway used to be Howard Johnson's, the New England-based national chain best known for its Tendersweet clams, which were not whole clams but rather clam strips.

A hearty breakfast should be followed by a healthy lunch and a well-balanced dinner with a light, late-night snack just before bed to keep you from waking up in the middle of the night feeling hungry.
