Controversial annual honorees by Time included Adolf Hitler, a choice often brought up and criticized today by people who don't understand that the Person of the Year's impact on the events of that year doesn't necessarily have to be positive.

And yes, I was hoping someone would pick up with Time magazine from "time," my previous ending clue.

A thing I learned when I was a kid was that if you stick a metal paperclip in an electrical outlet, you're going to get one heck of a shock!

True story! No one ever accused me of being the sharpest tool in the shed.

My 18th birthday was a long time ago but at least it wasn't as far back as dmargalotti's 18th birthday.

dmargalotti's 18th birthday happened on the 28th of April in 1982 when gas was 91 cents a gallon and the price of a stamp at the Post Office was 20 cents.

1982 was also the year of the invasion of the Falkland Islands by Argentina, the year Michael Jackson's "Thriller" album was released, and the year that world was introduced to E.T. who popularized the phrase, "phone home". I really miss the 80's!
