Fantastic word game

The trash bin here in my Game Czar office is overflowing because no one from the maintenance and sanitation department has come by to empty it.

scanman, you see any maintenance people around band camp this week? I'm not aware of any special maintenance holiday or anything.

Empty it if you dare, but beware of that half eaten sandwich festering at the bottom of the bin.

Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars is the last thing most people would think of when seeing the word "Guinness" on St. Patrick's Day, which leads me to wonder if dmargalotti is attempting to make this thread more appropriate for children by limiting references to drinking.

Drinking Kool-aid is, typically, a safer alternative for children than alcohol, unless the person offering the glass is a preacher named Jim Jones.

In the movie "Guyana Tragedy", the Kool Aid guy crashed through the wall and saved everything from certain destruction.

I hear that's how it went. I think. Never saw it but that's what my people tell me.

Somehow I missed coming in here last night to remind everyone to join us tonight at the new Illusions, or via the huge PowerWorld livestream, for a terrific Irish-themed 80s Rockfest. And then, in the early morning Sunday hours, we'll be at Denny's where kenny will be cooking up some delicious Irish (and non-Irish) grub. See ya there!!

Destruction of a wall was always in the Kool-aid man's repertoire, but as we found out in a couple of the older Family Guy episodes, he sometimes tends perform the act at the most inopportune times.

Oh yeah!

At the most inopportune times, I frequently approach lovely young ladies while I am in sunny Florida to invite them to apply and audition to be a lovely young library intern.

Apparently, talking them up while sitting at a traffic light is not a good time. Whoda thunk! :)

A lovely young library intern recently told me that I was an old fashioned leather bound journal, living in a tablet world.

I responded with where she could place my bookmark.😉
