Fantastic word game

The war between our band camps and those inferior ones always ends up with PowerWorld as the victors because that's what we do.

Stuart, by now, you should know that my head explodes any time anyone uses an ellipses, or someone uses 2 sentences instead of 1, or writes a run on sentence as one sentence but it's really 2. So therefore my head explodes resulting in brain matter all over the place. Usually the lovely young library interns end up having to clean it up, the poor things.

It's the weekend. We'll see you tomorrow night at the new Illusions, or via the livestream, for a July 4th/Americana edition of the 80s Rockfest. See ya there and have a great weekend!!

Have fun while you're here, but don't forget that a semicolon is yet another symbol of punctuation that will push WMC to the brink of insanity.

Bills, that sit on Capitol Hill, were first introduced to me by Schoolhouse Rock.

Schoolhouse Rock was a Saturday morning children's educational program and amongst my favorite shows along with The Electric Company.

Hey you guys!!!

The Electric Company didn't buy my story that the meter up and broke itself, so now I'm stuck having to pay for a new one.

A new one would open every couple of months in the pre-pandemic world but, post-pandemic, we have slowed a bit.

Of course, I am talking about new PowerWorld band camp locations. dmargalotti, our International Director of Band Camp (IDBC as most prefer), is gearing up to soon make a few new international expeditions.

We have slowed a bit over the years, but what would you expect from an older group of gentlemen?

Pumpkin spice, or pretty much pumpkin anything, is way overused and overrated much like Ryan Seacrest and Steve Harvey.

Yup, I said it.

In today's climate, it is a lot hotter and drier in the summer than I remember it being 20 years ago.

Maybe it's just getting harder for me to take the heat.

That point in time was 2003 (or MMIII, as some may prefer), and in East Texas the space shuttle Columbia disintegrated overhead.

Along with the New London school explosion, one the most tragic events that have occurred in the timeline of our history.

Overhead flies a noisy flock of seagulls, so I hope you're wearing some sort of head protection.

The New London school explosion happened well before my time, but I'm sure I would have known of it long before now if the New London in which it took place were in Connecticut rather than Texas.
