Fantastic word game

A home run today in Major League Baseball games gets measured not only for distance, but also for the speed at which the ball left the ballpark which is known as exit velocity.

Exit velocity, launch angle, WAR, OPS and other modern-era baseball jargon just doesn't sit well with traditionalists who still attach significance to batting average.

Outside of sports, we also provide local news breaks and a call in swap shop every day.

Well...except Sundays.

Every day of the week, at the top of every hour, you were guaranteed to hear that week's No. 1 or No. 2 song on my childhood favorite Top 40 station, WRKO in Boston.

Boston Celtics legend, and Hall of Famer, Larry Bird was announced to have accepted a consulting position within the Indiana Pacers organization last month.

"Last month we let the liquor talk," sang Morgan Wallen, either forgetting the opening words to his monster hit or confessing that the behavior he describes in that song has happened more than just last night.

Last night, I searched online for 6 ft. long T-posts.

It was an exciting Sunday evening.

Polka Dot Man was a lesser known villain of The Caped Crusader, who ultimately met his demise when a manhole cover landed on him and crushed his head.

To live in a world of today, as opposed to one of yesterday, last week, or sometime next century, tells us that Doc Brown got his calculations right this time and can now finally destroy that infernal time machine.

Malt liquor, such as Old English 800, would be absolutely fantastic for you to bring by the house, so we can head out back, sit around the fire pit, and pour out a couple for the homies.

A couple for the homies are chilling in the fridge just in case more homies come by.

CT, I don't need a mask, dotted or otherwise. My Game Czar superpowers allow me to see all, do all and be all from my Game Czar office although I do occasionally wear a cape in an effort to impress the lovely young library interns. Not that I would ever admit that out loud or anything. My "kryptonite", well-known to everyone here, would be ellipses, semicolons, and two-sentence contributions.
