Fantastic word game

Modification of the FWG, according to CT's memo, pretty much simply involves peace and love by means of disappearing party machinery and grammar that is not reminiscent of scraping one's fingernails on the blackboard in the study lab next to the library.
 
After Labor Day, all of grandma's white dresses and shoes were put away until the following May Day.
 
The following May Day (or Mayday, as some prefer) distress call originates from a sinking ship somewhere, as does the one you're listening to now, so why aren't you rushing to offer assistance?
 
Its nose is turned up at CT's plans for the mechanical bull once he receives his Executive Board superpowers.

Oh CT. You've done yourself a disservice, my friend. You see, it was the Board of Governors who gave the final approval to get the mechanical bull into the new Illusions in the first place. They are huge fans of the thing. They all took turns on him. And you saying out loud that you'd get rid of it immediately put your nomination on thin ice. Be that as it may, your nomination is in their hands now and we should know early next week if you've been approved or not. You might want to do a little bit of praying over the weekend.

Meanwhile, rosecity, welcome back. You were the subject of much discussion (well, some discussion) this week with your sudden disappearance. We certainly hope everything is fine and dandy.

And, finally, yup you guessed it, it's Friday and time to relax, wind down, and get ready to party hearty Saturday night at the new Illusions with the best in 80s Rock and CT's best friend, the mechanical bull. Executive Board superpowers don't allow for one to leap tall buildings in a single bound.

Although, that would be one heck of a perk. Everything is A-OK in the Rose City. You know how it is, WMC. When duty calls, Clark Kent must dash towards the nearest phone booth posthaste. Thanks for the concern gentlemen. The disappearances will happen from time to time. Hopefully, the next one WILL be a vacation. ☺
 
In a single bound, your friendly Game Czar can put out many fires from one end of band camp to the other and everywhere in between.

rosecity, our Executive Board superpowers are kept under lock and key. It's possible that we CAN leap tall buildings in a single bound. I'm not saying we can. I'm not saying we can't. But it's possible.
 
Everywhere in between Dallas and Houston will suddenly be rendered a blur to travelers, if the proposed 200 mph high speed bullet train is ever  realized.
 
Realized just now that I don't have to destroy the mechanical bull, just detach the horns and a certain other part, attach an udder to its underside, and turn it into a non-bucking mechanical cow, which would provide club goers with a realistic milking experience that they could put to use in daily life to get milk free by sneaking into local dairy farms after last call at the club.
 
The club was thrown up in the air for joy on the golf course as Greg realized he could reroute the Speed Bullet Train to other cities. 🚄

Another way to get home is by carrier pigeon, but you'd better hope it has a firm grip.
