Fantastic word game

"One of the worst Broadway productions I have ever seen" is my opinion and you are free to disagree.

Had to change my post as somebody beat me to it.

You are free to disagree but I have to point out to rosecity that Post #44,701 at the top of this page is nothing even close to an actual sentence.

I'm quite sure that our Director of Linguistics will agree with me and his wrath will be something to behold.

Nonsense, LamptimerFan, it contains nearly 17 years of fun and frivolity so I invite you to stick around and give us a shot.

Items left in the refrigerator after Sunday at noon will be discarded.

The Director of Linguistics (Cerebral Heel, as the two of us prefer) understands that this is the Fantastic Word Game (FWG, as several prefer), not the Fantastic Sentence Game (as no one has yet created). Can't submit two sentences here, but by golly; there's nothing in the manual regarding a full sentence submission being required. I checked the bylaws, the in laws, and this homeless guy that sits next to the front door of our local package store and claims to be an outlaw.

Where was your objection to my length × width × height = volume contribution, a page or two back? Two multiplication and an equal sign should have blown your brain matter far enough away from Massachusetts to rain down on me here in east Texas and stain my 10 gallon.

A stench of turkey legs, barbecue and fry oil is soon to be permeating the air at Fair Park in Dallas.

Big Tex was erected this weekend and the State Fair starts Friday.

Tennessee Titans is considered to be a team of traitors to a vast majority of Houstonians who remember the way Bud Adams tried to hijack the city into building him a gleaming new football palace.

Funny story. The city still built it...in the parking lot of the Dome, snuffing out Astroworld and Dome Foam all in one fell swoop. In trade, the city got the Texans. Nobody one.

Well, maybe not funny.

A gleaming new football palace in Kansas City (okay maybe not so new but still gleaming) caught the attention of the media around the world yesterday as Taylor Swift was in attendance to cheer for Travis Kelce which whom she is reportedly involved with romantically.

Romantically involved with John Mayer at one time, Swift wrote several uncomplimentary songs about him after their breakup.

Tsk, tsk, RCM. CH/DoL here with two raps on the knuckles regarding your last post and "funny story." First, American style dictates that the article "the" precede a team's name at the start of a sentence. Just writing "Wolverhampton Wanderers" is fine for British soccer clubs, but not for American sports franchises like the Houston Texans. And second, you end the main body of your "funny story" with "Nobody one." I assume that's a brain fart, as even a heel such as I will give you credit for sufficient intelligence to be able to distinguish the homonyms "one" and "won."

Their breakup is something the press will talk about when it's a slow news day.

Mr. Director of Linguistics... do you correctly distinguish between its/it's, your/you're and their/there/they're?
