Fantastic word game

My fun department hat has been momentarily removed as I put on the more impressive return counter boots in order to bounce off the ropes and deliver to Ed one of the most spectacular dropkicks ever witnessed by a crowd of onlookers.

You gunning to oust the dignified and well respected Director of Linguistics from his plush, luxurious office, partner? He ain't called the Cerebral Heel for nothing, y'know. You keep that nonsense up, and your liable to get a Vermont sized fireball tossed your way, coupled with a rose shaped, white hot branding iron from Texas upside your hind end for your efforts. The nerve! 😂

1:00 is the current time here too, as we don't drop back for another hour.

...and here I sit, can of beer in hand, watching the Night Court marathon on Catchy. Rest in peace, Bull.

Justin Bieber triggers unpleasant thoughts in many people outside the pop star's target demographics.

Funny, rcm, I'd have thought my mention of Hell would have brought Biebs to mind, not Intentions.

The very talented and lovely Kristian, who takes care of the inter-webs for the site, is now being mentioned in posts on a radio discussion board.

Please note, oh Director of Linguistics, that technically I made a modification to the end of the last post. I inserted a comma in order to conform to the Rules Of Ye Olde Englishe.:D

Posts on a radio discussion board range from inspiring, educational, and entertaining, to humorous, silly, uninformed, and flat out ridiculous.

Name 5 people who used to contribute on a regular basis here on the Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as all Game Czars prefer).

CT, my first thought also is that Kristian is male. HOWEVER, we don't know that for sure. Perhaps the mysterious Kristian could make his or her way to our game and let us know for sure while, of course, adhering to the one sentence rule. :)

The Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as all Game Czars prefer) acknowledges a man can also be described as lovely. 🧔‍♂️

The "New and Woke Fantastic Word Game" (TNWF...nobody really cares)

A man can also be described as lovely, gorgeous, ravishing and adorable, but those last three adjectives were used by professional wrestlers to generate heat with the fans, not as the way they wanted friends and family to describe them or as how they described themselves.

They described themselves as rough and tumble ruffians which is how I described myself in my youth.

No, not really.

Stuart, you are a lovely human being and your participation in our little game is greatly appreciated.

My youth could have been misspent if I played billiards well, according to Herbert Spencer whose exact saying was that "billiards played well is a sign of a misspent youth, if my memory correctly recalls.

If my memory correctly recalls, I was a lot younger when this little game started nearly 17 years ago.

Just 32 days until our 17th anniversary. Huge shindig at the new Illusions. Hope to see you there!!

Nearly 17 years ago I wasn't thinking about building a thread full of useless sentences, but we managed to make it work out.

Work out and some people who are out to prove a point on English usage will call you handsome, buff, lovely and cute, interchangeably, not caring how odd their word choices may sound.
