Fantastic word game

The night belongs to lovers, because the night belongs to us.

One more from the request line. Don't get the wrong idea.

To us Buc-ee's is a destination not a road stop. 🦫

People are trying to protest our Buc-ee's!!! which is not yet built!! (from The Google)

A road stop can sometimes be nothing more than a 24-hour convenience store just off the highway, and where they serve something that claims to be coffee.

My day typically starts pretty much the same way, because I don't have to look for the car and put out the word to look for certain others while I go fishing if I don't see it anywhere.

Sideways is how I'm looking at the cross-eyed half wits in North Carolina who'd dare protest the opening of a new Buc-ee's location.

What's wrong with these people?

"he opening of a new Buc-ee's location" is what rcm just wrote as his ending clue, forgetting to boldface the "t" in "the," but no penalty will be forthcoming, as I, in my post on "Sideways," erroneously identified Paul Giamatti's costar as David Johansen rather than Thomas Hayden Church.

Church was the not so lovable and affectionate feline from Pet Sematary that was run over by a big rig, but came back from the dead to assist Gage in the little boy's reign of terror.

Thanks for the consideration, Linguistics Czar. It's getting to the point where FWG will have to implement a braille option for me, or I'm going to have to go all in and purchase a pair of bottle caps. My eyesight is really starting to fail me.

Terror and sadness are just two of the emotions I felt a few years ago when these boards went down for a few weeks and we all thought our years of work were gone in an instant.

These message boards were purchased separately and they finally came back just as they were before. Whew! Meanwhile, though, we attempted to start TFWG2 over at Radio Insight but that was a miserable failure. The only failure in PowerWorld history. For me, personally, Radio Insight was difficult to navigate and just wouldn't 'jive' with my laptop. Seemed sooo slow. After many agonizing weeks, the boards here came back and TFWG2 was abandoned.

Our area is experiencing some more snowfall this evening but it hopefully won't amount to all that much this time.

Sunny on Sunday but only 25 degrees for a high. It's only about 15 right now (roughly 5:45pm Saturday night). Fortunately, it's warm and cozy inside the new Illusions.

This time, I will make sure that I review my post before hitting the "post reply" button, thereby ensuring that I don't post anything stupid.

If you are job hunting, may I suggest a career at Buc-ee's, where the starting wage is $16 an hour?

No experience necessary.

Spotless bathroom facilities are just another benefit of stopping by a Buc-ee's location, but make sure you wash your hands before you stop by the fudge counter and try a sample of the wide selection of confectionery delights.

A sample of the wide selection of confectionary delights at Miss Silkie's Tasty Tidbits is like heaven on Earth.

Buc-ee's can't come close to competing. Miss Silkie's was Buc-ee's long before there was a Buc-ee's.
