Fantastic word game

None of us could stop the departure of rcm, all lower case to be formal about it, who arrived out of nowhere one day, and was gone to who knows where another day.
 
Another day, rcm may reappear to explain his disappearance and perhaps how and why he joined us in the first place, however temporarily.

Keep in mind, he did say he might stop by down the road so he most likely isn't gone for good.
Stuart, you also missed CT's one day exit. It was exciting. Also, were you told to stop taking that medication beforehand? And, if so, young man, why didn't you? Hmmm?? Hmmm??
 
Your local public library might have a reference book on its shelves that lists commonly used abbreviations and acronyms, in which case you probably would reconsider your use of DDS to stand for Dewey Decimal System, as that letter combination is widely understood to represent Doctor of Dental Science.
 
Mistakes were actually deliberate attempts by that other camp to have us booted off our corner, since we had already made contingency arrangements, and the former will be once again victoriously and formally protested in due course.
 
He misses us now, even if he is too proud to say so, but when whatever he is sulking about leaves he will be back, even if just to make a cameo appearance.

I promise folks. It's not y'all, or the game...but it isn't me either. Thank the Linguistics Czar for getting my attention enough, and saying exactly the right words in private, to have me reappear. Simply put, at least the way I see it and expressed it to CT, we'd better enjoy playing the game while we still can.

Dang it. I see a piss poor excuse of sentence structure previously provided by the resident redneck. Sure hope CT doesn't see that. 🤫

Grammatical excellence eludes me from time to time, but I always strive to do my best.
 
My best guess is that quad's contribution in Post #46,768 reads as two sentences.

Should be a period or a head-exploding semicolon after Soylent Green. Bad boy, quad. With due respect to CT and his duties, I am assessing 3 demerits.

Funny how both CT and rosecity didn't or couldn't stay away for more than a day. Once TFWG pulls you in, you can't get out.
 
Two sentences that I never want to hear uttered in my house are "I flushed toilet paper down the system and now the commode is overflowing!" and "Hey, rose, I'm sorry. I thought this was my toothbrush."

Trust me, WMC, it's more true than you even know. I do believe, however, my absence totaled 3 days.
