Fantastic word game

The TV series, Get Smart was later rebooted in the cartoon detective program "Inspector Gadget," which I would leave running while I was getting ready for a couple years' worth of school.

If there are demerits for using the wrong term in "reboot," I plead the Fifth.
 
Right here is where you will learn that you have to be a bit of a detective to figure out the connection between "86M86JC9+4CW" and the secret location.

The connection between "86M86JC9+4CW" and the secret location has puzzled me ever since Ed included that odd series of letters, numbers and a symbol in a submission a while back.
 
It is indeed a riddle -- a puzzle, even -- that TFWGers will solve if they put their minds to it, because enquiring minds want to know.
