Fantastic word game

THIS IS NOT A CONTRIBUTION. It is a commentary on this stupid feud between RCM and WMC. Since neither one of you is posting under your real names, you should both shut up and stop taking shots at each other. You cannot claim to be more macho and tough than the other guy when you aren't willing to post under your real identity. Thanks for ruining a good thing with such childish nonsense.
You are, of course, correct, Dave. In private, there are several who know me, both, personally and professionally. If I were to reveal myself publicly, I would no longer be employed. It's really that simple. That is precisely why I use my personal phone to access the site.

For my part in all of this, I am truly sorry and regretful for ruining the experience for you, scanman, Silkie, Quadrophonic, and whomever else became fed up with the tension between WMC and myself.

I will leave. That's what's best for what's left of the collective, and the game in general. Let's face it, the whole damned site has become nothing more than bickering and fussing across the boards, anyway. I'm truly sorry, Dave.

CT, thank you for all the fun on here and the many backdoor conversations we've had. You, sir, are one hell of a human being and I respect the ever-loving hell out of you and your lifetime accomplishments. You know how to reach me in the real world.

Ed, ✌️ and take good care of that doomed freezer.

Peace, love, and respect to all but one.

Out of here he went, I almost did too, but I decided I'm staying until the bitter end which may or may not be right now.

I apologize to one and all for getting carried away. I should have just let it go and moved on.

We are still here, but the hayseed has gone, so you might as well ditch any sentimentality you may have and, at long last, open up that freezer of yours and get those Constance steaks and Henrietta drumsticks ready for the grill.

The grill, at this very moment, is being prepared for a Fantastic Labor Day Cookout (FLDC as some might prefer).

A Fantastic Labor Day Cookout (FLDC as some might prefer) includes chicken, burgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, and potato salad along with some refreshing and quenching drinks.

Now whether any of those things come from the Freezer of Doom remains to be seen. Or eaten.

Guys, once again, I apologize for my role in the recent dustup. I let him get to me. I shouldn't have done that. So let's have a great weekend, restart our engines, rest up, and get ready for a fresh start, ok?? I'm happy that most of you are still here. I have hope (it's always good to have hope and dreams) that a couple of others return.

Meanwhile, yup, join us tomorrow night for a labor-filled edition of the 80s Rockfest at the new Illusions. It might be just kenny and myself turning out the hits. But the Denny's-sponsored, permanently-guarded mechanical bull is in full working order and the lovely young library interns have supplied us with a bountiful harvest. Join us later on for another bountiful harvest as kenny cooks up some stuff at Denny's. See ya there and have a great weekend!!

Chicken, burgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, and potato salad along with some refreshing and quenching drinks are available all weekend long to anyone who wishes to partake of the deliciousness.

Overindulgence of the Fantastic Word Game is definitely my weakness.

Yes, I admit it which is always the best first step.

Yom Kippur is still a month away, so you have plenty of time.

I looked it up. My Spanish amigo, el Goog, told me.

You have plenty of time to stop by band camp tomorrow to partake of the weekend feast, visit with the lovely young library interns, visit with your band camper, and volunteer to assist with band camper move-in for the fall session.

Thanks to all the PowerWorld associates who have volunteered so far this weekend. About 95% of the campers have moved in thus far. Some international students will be arriving late over the rest of the holiday weekend. Good to see Ed and CT volunteering in the administration building this afternoon. Pretty sure I saw Ed fiddling with the door to the cozy and plush former Game Czar corner office.

Assist with band camper move-in for the fall session, and you could win (according to semi-reliable sources) a free ride on the mechanical bull.

Afterward, we will conduct a private meeting with CT to discuss his negative vibes towards the mechanical bull even though it brings in band camp revenue.

Band camp revenue (BCR as some prefer) is generated by, among other things, rides on the loved-by-some-but-hated-by-others mechanical bull.

How's that for a hyphenated adjective?

The loved-by-some-but-hated-by-others mechanical bull is always greased up, oiled up, and ready to do some bucking bronco-type stuff (bunkin' bronco-type stuff as some may prefer).
