Fantastic word game

President Lincoln's assassination isn't something we want to discuss around the little band campers or even around here.

Wow, pretty quiet around these parts.

The main attraction to word usage is seeing how well, or not so well, people can construct a sentence using proper grammar and punctuation.

Which is why we have a Director of Linguistics to tell us when we have screwed up. He certainly earns his money around here, that's for sure. Good morning one and all.

A future mate for me will hopefully own or have access to a tropical island to which I can retire.

Speaking of which, did everyone retire from TFWG?? Come out, come out, where ever you are!!

I can retire or I can just continue playing this game, alone if I have to, until we reach our 20th anniversary on December 3rd.

High-energy laser technology will be used to track everyone's whereabouts to see if they were all looky-looing without contributing.

Well, I can't recall seeing such a quiet week here other than the week where rosecity shut the place down. Let's hope things pick up next week. And let's help that out by rockin' our own bad selves tomorrow night at the new Illusions with another fantastic 80s Rockfest. Have a great weekend.

Looky-looing without contributing is ok but why not join us for the ride on the longest word and sentence game on the interwebs.

The longest word and sentence game on the interwebs will continue moving forward, perhaps a bit slower, even if I have to do the moving all by myself.

The best flavor when it comes to gummies is pretty much irrelevant, considering they're consumed not for their taste but for their effects.

Where is that hayseed? "Quiet" doesn't begin to describe how it's been around here the past week.

Effects of this week's slowdown mean fewer pages and contributions towards our various quests but I'm doing my best to keep everything moving forward with or without dmargalotti, CT, scanman and that hayseed guy.

dmargalotti, CT, scanman and that hayseed guy have all been few and far between this past week so we hope that they make exciting returns in the next day or two.

Prepping for a blizzard here in the land of mayflowers.

Toward the end of the week, I might finally get back to work once I've spent a day or two digging out from this blizzard that is blanketing New England.

Still coming down but it's also very windy so it's difficult to determine how much is blowing around and how much is coming down. We've easily received a good 2 feet. Snow drifts are very high. Power outages around town (not me) and the state, the most on the south shore with Cape Cod taking the biggest hit. Not sure when I am going to start digging out. Looks like it's mostly light and fluffy but the winds are pretty bad. Might be a late night thing or even tomorrow morning. CT, how are you faring way up in your neck of the woods??

Winter sucks so I hope you are right, dmargalotti, but I fear that Mother Nature still has some bad stuff left for us.
