Buzzing around band camp this morning, I was happy to see many instructors leading their band campers on some outside activities.

Outside activities in the warmer weather such as lawn mowing, raking, and planting will be dominating my weekends.

My weekends, unless I happen to be working, are spent relaxing and running errands and, as of right now, watching my Boston Red Sox play ball.

Now watching the Sox playing the Reds on Opening Day at Cincinnati. Baseball is back, baby!

Watching my Boston Red Sox play ball was refreshing and exciting especially since they won.

They are off today.

Fantasy baseball and football stuff holds no interest for me but watching real life baseball games definitely holds lots of interest.

2008 was an excellent year for my Game Czar career because, while nothing remarkable happened, I was still a Game Czar with a cozy and plush Game Czar corner office.

Note to self: check on water and plumbing in the Game Czar corner office bathroom.

A cozy and plush Game Czar corner office now sits silent and empty as the pictures of previous contributors covering the wall opposite the office door slowly fade from prolonged exposure to sunlight, their colors now washed away.

Washed away by rain, the snow that covered the roads is now gone so let's get head out for a Sunday drive.

A Sunday drive through East Texas is likely to take you past fields, pens, coops and corrals full of critters, all wondering where their favorite hayseed went.

Their favorite hayseed went to visit a mysterious special club where all former contributors are detained.

Their brains are detoxed and cleansed before they are sent home to their previous lives. Some take longer than others. Some may possibly return. Some will not.
