Fantastic word game

Inside and outside of band camp, PowerWorld volunteers and people from the general community are enjoying the camaraderie as they freshen up the neighborhoods from the doldrums of winter.

The doldrums of winter aren't really that bad here in sunny Florida.

...slowly he opens a manhole cover and carefully looks around to make sure it's safe in here... ready to duck back down if necessary... no bullets being fired at the moment...

In sunny Florida, where I'll be in about 3 weeks, I plan on doing a lot of relaxing while relaxing some more and getting my tan on.

Holy cow! A special guest appearance from Mister Ed!! Great to see you over here, sir. The premises are safe and secure.

Getting my tan on would be far more pleasurable to me than having to suffer through time-centric clues in game play or, in comments, references to cows, as WMC has just made.

Too soon.

WMC has just made a comment in his previous contribution that has nothing to do with previous imaginary characters but completely to do with using a very common exclamation.

"Holy cow" had nothing to do with the hayseed. I was merely excited to see Ed here, that's all it was. You'll have to take my word for it.

Her own thing probably didn't involve reading The Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as most prefer) because there's no internet in the jungle.

The local petting zoo doesn't (and probably shouldn't) feature an exhibit of alligators.

Alligators resemble crocodiles, but have a broader and flatter head.

I think I heard this on Sesame Street years ago while keeping an eye on my little brother while mom was at work.

Head of the Class was a comedy that aired on ABC, from 1986-1991, which starred Howard Hessemen who had previously played Johnny Fever on WKRP in Cincinnati.

WKRP in Cincinatti wasn't half as interesting as WSRO in Ashland. :p

The former was only a fictional TV sitcom. The latter was very, very real.

A recipe for defeat at the ballot box, recently learned by Hungary's president, is acting too czar-like when you're supposed to serving the public.

And soon, Mr. Orban's plush corner office will be occupied by someone else.

Public criticism of CT's contribution, including possible hanging on the town square, will grow stronger as more and more people notice that CT forgot a word.

Missing 'be' as in 'supposed to BE serving the public'. Shame shame on the DoL. I am SHOCKED. SHOCKED I say!! Horrified even. And sad. Really really sad.
