Fantastic word game

The surprise ending of this post will be the revelation that the frozen foods coolers mentioned in previous posts contributions are in no way affiliated with The Freezer of Doom (FoD as most prefer).

The Freezer of Doom (FoD as most prefer) does not contain any prime cuts of my lifeless carcass yet, contrary to popular speculation.

Just taking a couple of days off from TFWG, no need for concern.

Speculation of CT's desertion from TFWG was heightened when anonymous tipsters spotted him cruising the highways and byways of the great state of Texas looking for any signs of hayseed immortality.

Archived stuff from TFWG (as I prefer) includes stuff that has become part of the daily lexicon.

I mean, how any times have you walked down the street and heard someone mention topless driving or the new Illusions or band camp? It's constant, isn't it?

And, I think this might be the first time in TFWG history the word 'lexicon' was used in a clue.

A fictional newspaper in a superhero comic might run a story about a fictional online word game, a fictional (former) Game Czar, and a fictional plush cozy corner office.

A fictional online word game, a fictional (former) Game Czar, and a fictional plush cozy corner office all sound very familiar but I can't quite put my finger on where I've heard of all of those things.

Another cow that most businesses are quite fond of is the one that generates a lot of money, better known as a cash cow.

"How now brown cow," said the human to the bewildered cow, who no doubt was thinking to herself, "What a maroon!"

The doghouse was full, the cathouse was too, so the mouse in the house spent the night in the outhouse.

Geez, dmargalotti, you crack me up. You have a lot of extra time on that radio show, I guess. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Hey, everyone, welcome to the weekend just a smidge early. Spend some time with us tomorrow night at the new Illusions as we spin up a brand new tribute-filled Memorial Day edition of the 80s Rockfest. The Denny's-sponsored, permanently-guarded mechanical bull is standing at attention, waiting for you. Join us in person or via the huge PowerWorld livestream. And, early Sunday morning, join us at Denny's as kenny cooks up some mighty flavorful Memorial Day flapjacks and hash browns. Have a great holiday weekend!!

The outhouse is where
You took care of your business
In the good ol' days.

Haiku will never be the same again...

In the good ol' days, I was able to watch over band camp from my plush and cozy Game Czar corner office which I have recently recarpeted and repainted.

I am not at liberty to say why.
