Fantastic word game

Recarpeted and repainted, with shelves full of dictionaries, thesauruses and style guides, that office is being prepared for its future occupant, the Director of Linguistics.

Plenty of closet space for demerit forms and the intern's wardrobe, too. I like it.
 
Linguistics will be playing a more significant role in The Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as all but a few malcontents prefer) if the rumors of a corner-office takeover are true.
 
If the rumors of a corner-office takeover are true, I'll whine and cry and throw a tantrum while taking over whatever cubicle or closet I can find that can serve the purpose.

That's my carpeting that I installed in there. I'm taking it back. You can keep the paint on the walls.
 
Involvement in our little game is open to anyone and everyone so come on in and have some fun while possibly learning a thing or three.
 
Learning a thing or three over the years right here at the Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as I'm pretty sure everyone prefers) has made me a better person.

Nightmares of TFWG's Dark Years still haunt me on occasion.

dmargalotti knows what I'm talking about. Two or three times in years past when troublemakers tried to infiltrate us by causing trouble and even asking that the thread be shut down (that one was the guy who started this whole thread).
