PowerWorld's Band Camp Fourth of July Weekend Celebration still has some planning going on but, nevertheless, I expect that all of you will be open to volunteering around band camp during various parts of that weekend.
Geez, people, you all take Juneteenth off? I mean, really, no one posts here at all today? Seriously?? Ok, fine, as usual, I will move us forward all by myself.
With or without you guys, the weekend is here and it's my pleasure to welcome you to it. Please (please, please, please) join us tomorrow night at the new Illusions for another fantastic 80s Rockfest. You know what we do. We play the best in 80s Rock plus your requests. Please join us hopefully in person or via the huge PowerWorld livestream. There'll be dancing, eating, singing, and doing your best the stay atop the Denny's-sponsored, permanently-guarded mechanical bull. Join us early Sunday morning at Denny's as kenny prepares some awesome grub. Have a great weekend!!

A stiff reprimand from the Department of Linguistics (DoL as most prefer) these days pretty much amounts to nothing more than a slight slap on the hand and a warning of demerits.
The demerit closet, located nearby the cozy and plush former Game Czar corner office, is overflowing with demerits. In fact, the fire chief came by yesterday and was fairly concerned that it will soon be a fire hazard. We'll probably have to move all of the demerit inventory to one of the unused sheds over near the band camp lake.

A slight slap on the hand and a warning of demerits, delivered with minimal enthusiasm, are about all I can muster these days, given the continued absence of frequent offenders rosecitymedia, Stuart and Miss Silkie from TFWG proceedings.
Proceedings shall continue onward, with or without them, because two of those three people have been gone for quite some time so you should have become used to their absences by now.
I am concerned with scanman's continued absence although he did have a long absence some months ago and came back to us after a while. I hope that will be the case again. Would be nice if quadraphonic popped back here every once in a while but I have not been able to convince him to do that.

By now, I should be used to boring time-centric clues like "by now" issuing from the plush corner office, but that's never going to happen.
Happen to walk by your office, CT, and noticed that, rather than concentrating on your DoL duties, you were focused on using company-issued devices to track down former hayseed contributors.

Using company-issued devices to track down former hayseed contributors violates several PowerWorld LLC policies so you should undoubtedly expect to receive some correspondence from the PowerWorld LLC Board of Governors.

The PowerWorld LLC Board of Governors can't be bothered with such trivial matters, as it has gone into the milk and egg business for itself at the new PWLLC Ranch, just down the road from PowerWorld HQ, so look forward to good eating and a whole new bunch of zany characters and tales originating from a brand new barnyard!
