OK...I'll give it a stab. Mind you...these will be current jocks only (VT, weekend, and specialty programming included), and some jocks will not be in their current daypart. It's my team, though, and I'll put them where I want:

1st String:

Mornings - TJ Trout Morning Show (94 Rock) - I've seen them work together...nothing like it in the market (especially when that "Raider Nation" guy is on...he's pretty hilarious!)

Mid Days - Dana Cortez (Kiss 97.3) - Good sounding jock, and can relate to her audience

Afternoons - Johnny V (Kiss 97.3) - Been doing it a long time...knows his stuff

Nights - Jaimey B. (Hot 95.1) - The "VOICE" of Albuquerque. This man at night? Maybe a slow jam show? I can imagine lingerie being mailed to him on a weekly basis!

2nd String:

Mornings - Jackie, Tony and Donnie (100.3 The Peak) - Just sounds like they have fun, and that's the point, right?

Mid Days - Tony Sandoval (Hot 95.1) - A little at-work hijinks for the ladies.

Afternoons - Jeff Jay (106.3 The Range) - The man is a Pro, and he knows his stuff as well.

Nights - Bad Boy Carlos D (93.3 KOB-FM) - This guy would bring the energy and enthusiasm for the job, especially if I don't do my slow jam show at night.

We're the Real Rock, #1 Hot At work station in your car, at home, and Jammin' on the job, playin' what we like, Today's Best country, Hip Hop & R&B, La Que Toca Puras Buenas station as well"! So turn it up, because we're gonna do 50,000 songs or $22 to start, then we're gonna do "who wants to be the next "Big Benny Radio" DJ contest in The Winrock Mall parking lot near the abandoned motel...then we're gonna do a sticker stop at Judy's Salon and Auto Body (damn sales people!) where we take the first 500 cars. We'll give away 10 CD's and everyone else gets put in a drawing for a Family 4 pack of tickets to see the ABQ Isotopes play baseball, and all cars also receive a 10% off coupon to Just Brakes! Then, we're gonna pull a stupid billboard stunt to get us on the news! Yeah, that's it! And finally, we're gonna throw a kick-ass concert called "The Big Benny Radio Big Bad Azz Bomb Almost Acoustic Takeover Bash/Cookout/Fundraiser...Fest", sponsored by The City of ABQ Parks and REC., Stacy's Exotic Body Piercing and Tattoo, McDonald's, The Caleb Crump Show, Tuff Shed, Bandito's Hideout, and TD's Gold Club..."Where The Entertainment Never Stops"! The show will be catered by my Uncle Alfredo, who makes Killer Asado!! The show will star Chris Brown, George Strait, Korn, Kellie Pickler, Kenny G, Los Tigres Del Norte, Barry Manilow, The S.O.S. Band, N.W.A. (featuring Lil' Eazy-E) and headlined by a local Journey cover band (connecting to the community and giving local artists a break...smart, huh?) $$$$$$$$$$$$Cha-ching!!$$$$$$$$$$$$ Anyone ready? Benny, no spanish radio djs...what's up with that? I guess nobody here likes spanish radio huh?
 
Ok, so here's my picks! Like Benny I moved some people in different dayparts. And I paired alot of people up because at my imaginary radio station I have an unlimited budget too ;-)

1st String:

Mornings - I'd actully go with Benny (KSYU) and Jackie James (KPEK) then throw in Rainman (KZRR) to mix things up. I think Benny and Jackie would compliment eachother well. Benny has a true sense of himself and sounds very real and down to earth with Jackie in the room talking about her kids and baking I think it would be entertaining and very down to earth. And it would just be fun to hear, and for Rainman, sh*t, I think he's pretty damn funny and would mix things up. With the three of them in a room you could hear about tacos, shopping and the newest video games all in one morning!

Mid Days - I'll go with Piolin en la Manana (KJFA). Entertaining, topical and we can't forget about the loyalty and following this guy has. I'd thow in Delilah (KMGA) as his co-host because I am on crack. Oh and the numbers he will bring to my ALLSTAR station. (I kinda of cheated cause they are not local, oh well)

Afternoons -Tony Manero(KPEK) & Dana Cortez (KKSS)
I have no idea how this would sound, but I have a feeling these to in a room would be like water and oil. Two totally different personalitys who are both very talented in their own right. I think you'd hear an arguement on the air every day. Very entertaining to ME!

Nights - Carlos D (KKOB-FM), Fire with the phones. And I think I would have Bobby Box on the streets doing call in-ins live from all the hot spots in Albuquerque.

2nd String:

Mornings -Jim Villanucci (KKOB-am), Julio Jeezy (KKSS) with Moxey (KTEG)
I would wet myself to hear these threee guys in a room, what would they talk about? Whe all know where they stand but I sure would love to hear a debate with these three.

Mid Days - Phil Moore (KMGA) This guy just makes me feel good.

Afternoons - Johnny V (KKSS) and Jaime Barrerras (KPEK) The VOICE's in the 505! Have the ladies....well you know :)

Nights - TJ Trout(KZRR) & Leah Black (KKOB-FM) TJ is a true professional and I think Leah would bring an all new hip-ness to nights. Maybe a love show?

To SPRADIO: That's right...no spanish jocks...Lou Dobbs of CNN called me to let me know about this apparent "problem" we're having at our border with Mexico, and I couldn't believe it. I heard that if I hired someone that even speaks spanish, "The Man" would come after me! I thought..."hey, I didn't even speak spanish even when I worked for Mega 104.1...so screw it! I don't want any problems!" Did you ever watch "Born In East L.A."? Not for me, thanks!

Born in East L.A. is one of my favorite movies...just cause "JESUS ESTA EN TIJUANA". And he wants a "CERVEZA". Anyways, I think your gonna come around and go for the "Latin Flavor" once you realize that our people like to spend that money that you can't turn away! It's all about the mighty dollar my friend and a little bit of spanish flavor in your station would bring those dead presidents you never saw at Mega...Ouch!! I still love you man, nothing personal...
