Fantasy Sports = Sports Network Ratings

I am kind of curious here. Is there a link between Fantasy Sports and Sports Network Ratings? I believe there is. I am not sure anyone would listen to all the speculation and analysis shows on the Sports networks if it weren't fro Fantasy Sports. And if the Fantasy Sports web sites shut down (as now appears likely) will the Sports networks take a hit?
