Farthest you have heard KIRO 710 Seattle

Title says all. How far have you picked up 710 KIRO at night?

My wife and I took a spur of the moment weekend trip to Reno (from Seattle) a couple years ago in October, as we weaved out of the Northern California Sierra Nevada - Mt Shasta mountains, driving south toward Reno about an hour after dusk, I pushed the local AM buttons on the car radio and both KIRO and KOMO came in. Was fun listening to the early evening traffic reports from Seattle.

On a related note, back in the late 80's a friend and myself where driving eastbound on I-8 in the southern California desert toward Yuma, Az. We listened to the full service AC format of KOMO like a local.

I heard on 30 Sept 1997 from here in Southern NSW Australia. Quite clear too promoting their website www.KIRO710.com then lost their next phone caller. Only ever received it once. Not bad considering we had 7NT on 711khz from Launceston TAS.

You must have one heck of a receiver/antenna setup!! Wow, I am impressed. :)

I heard KIRO on the Island of Maui while visiting there.
Back in '75 I heard KIRO and KUUU (1590) in Weyburn, SK while visiting for a family reunion.

Gee I was gonna say Stanley Park in Vancouver but guess that's already been out done. :D

NICE!...lol. I'd suggest that for daytime if I didn't get them all day all winter long when I lived in Calgary.
