Has anybody heard anything about Fast Eddie Coyle since Sunny went away? I doubt if he would have left the market without someone knowing.

Do you know when he's allowed back on the air? I flipped around in the morning, but I always liked his style. Definitely different than other morning shows. He was like listening to top-40 from the past. Hope he stays in Dallas.

I was told by a good source that he almost went to Chicago about a month ago to do mornings. For some reason the deal didn't happen.

His non compete expires at the end of November...he would like to stay in DFW but that likely wont happen...he is starting to advertise for openings on industry sites like AllAccess.

I caught that on All Access too. I was a bit surprised to see it since he's been here so long. I could be wrong, but I doubt very much that he's going anywhere. He's been in the market since the Eagle CHR days in the 80's and he's always been a great jock. Somebody should pick him up. When the non-compete is finally over we'll find out. I hope he sticks around.
