Watch any episode of the "the Untouchables". There's a future recognizable face in everyone. Just too many to list.

Ditto for "The Twilight Zone." Just about every episode featured familiar faces like William Shatner,
Robert Duvall, Jessica Tandy, Gig Young, Dean Stockwell, Elizabeth Montgomery, etc.

And also "Route 66"

Let's not forget Charles Bronson who was in the same Twilight Zone episode as Elizabeth Montgomery.

Bobby Fischer appeared on "Ive Got A Secret" as a preteen or barely teenage junior chess champ...There's also a clip floating around of Frank Zappa guesting on Steve Allen's syndicated early 60s late night talk show. His schtick was playing a bicycle.

In a similar vein, there should be a YouTube of a young Tiger Woods (cannot remember his age, but ought to have been 6 or less) on The Mike Douglas Show. First time I saw that was the CBS special "50 Years at Television City".

Also, In that first Peticoat Junction season of 1963-64, Adam West played a handsome young doctor whom Billie Jo was smitten with.  Just listening to his voice then..You could hear the "Batman" inflection, though Batman was 2 years away..

And can still hear it in his delightful voice work on Family Guy as "Himself." (Or a brilliantly self-parodying bizarro version therof...)

He also did something similar on The Fairly Odd Parents (One of my daughter's favorite cartoons) as Catman, but Timmy Turner tells him "No you're Adam West, the actor who played him 40 years ago!!!" It was funny that he used his real name but they called his character Catman instead. But then they had some bits about him cleaning himself like a cat.  :D

The Good Times episode where J.J. (Jimmie Walker) went to be tested for venereal disease and Jay Leno was in the waiting room talking to him about the condition.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, he was two. And he was better then than I am now as an adult. :)

I recall seeing Adam West and Clint Eastwood in "Maverick" and Jack Nicholson in an episode of
"Hawaiian Eye."

Jenny Jones appearing in three editions of "Press Your Luck" years before hosting a syndicated TV talk show.

She was also a contestant on Match Game, as was Kirstie Alley.

...IIRC, Alley was also a contestant on Password Plus.

I seem to remember Gary Coleman on "The Jeffersons" for the first time, thinking, "wow, this kid's good....he'll go places."

Commercials from Chicago: Coleman in a Harris Bank commercial in the mid '70s. Robin Williams in an Illinois Bell commercial from about the same time. Kathy Griffin in a White Sox commercial in 1977 or '78. Steve Carrell in a Brown's Chicken commercial in the '80s.
...also in Chicago commercials: Shelley Long, pre-Cheers, as the spokeswoman for the Homemakers furniture store chain http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=af7MLGd5SUM ...

Vanna White was a contestant on "The Price Is Right." She
never made it out of Contestants' Row.

Charles Bronson once appeared in an episode of "The Millionaire"
as a man who uses his million to get a sight-restoring operation
for his girlfriend. He then becomes concerned that she won't want
anything else to do with him when she sees how homely he is. But
happy ending: she's even crazier about him when she sees him.

Denver Pyle, before he played Briscoe Darling on "The Andy Griffith
Show" or Uncle Jesse on "The Dukes Of Hazzard," also appeared on
"The Millionaire," as an old prospector who takes his million and heads
for Las Vegas (I don't know if he blows it all or not).

And there are several who appeared in episodes of "The Adventures Of
Superman," including Hugh Beaumont, Chuck Connors, Paul Burke, and
Joi Lansing.

Dabbs Greer also appears in the Adventures of Superman, In the first episode as an oil or construction worker who happens to be Superman's first rescue..

I just saw Edward Platt -the Chief of Control (Get Smart)on The Rifleman. Would you believe it? Would you believe Pinky Lee?

I just recently saw an episode of Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea with Edward Platt on ME TV that came on just before Get Smart on a late Saturday night when I can actually watch them.

Here's another one: Joan Collins on Star Trek.

I find that hard to believe.

I might also add Claude Akins to the list of future stars who appeared on "Superman" episodes; he also appeared on an "I Love Lucy" episode set in Florida.

I mentioned Charles Bronson and Denver Pyle as recipients of John Beresford Tipton's million-dollar checks; I found a couple more names: William Hopper and Peter Graves, and I think I've seen a picture of Michael Anthony delivering a check to Inger Stevens. Go to "The Millionaire" website; there's a long list of future stars who appeared on that show.

Two of the most memorable "Twilight Zone" episodes also featured future stars: Bill Mumy ("Lost In Space") as a child with a supernatural power over the people in his town, and William Shatner as an airline passenger convinced he sees an alien-looking man outside his window.
