Favorite current AC songs

I am really rooting for the T's "Rhythm of Love" and OneRepublic's "Secrets" to be the next AC hits. I personally like P!nk's "Raise Your Glass", but it would be a bit different for the format.
 
I don't know whether I've heard "Hollywood" but if it's by Buble I'll hear it sooner or later on standards radio. They seem to play everything else AC that he does.

Norah Jones has a new song that was played on my station. I didn't like it. When she's doing AC she has a vocal style that's as annoying as Colbie Caillat. At first I thought it was her.
 
I like "Animal" by Neon Trees a.k.a. Hot AC song. I wonder if it will make it to AC playlist, but maybe that song might be too strong to squeeze into an AC playlist.

Rolling In The Deep is probably gonna become the next Hey, Soul Sister - I'm almost positive that a year from now it's going to own AC radio

Yep, Hey, Soul Sister and Need You Now will be succeeded by Rolling In The Deep in the next few months.
 
I hate that song more than Hey Soul Sister. lol

I like P!nk's "Perfect" and Plain White T's "Rhythm of Love" the most currently. I think "Perfect" will do well.
 
Have not heard it on AC yet but it won't be to long till we hear in on AC. This song fits the format well.

I like "Jar of Hearts" (WSPA dayparts and plays it 12-5am) but I'm worried it might be considered too slow for AC. Songs like that seem to struggle on the AC chart once it comes to the top 10 or so. I hope it does well, I really like it.
 
AC has always been somewhat mellow but only because adult women wanted it that way. Apparently, those between 35 and 54 no longer want their music entirely mellow.
 
I don't hear many mellow new ones, but of course "Marry Me." Nobody around here will play the mixes that make it a little more upbeat (and they aren't offensive)
