I'm sorry ... whaaaaaaat? KCBC San Francisco? When? How? Did the tectonic plates shift and put Riverbank -- the "town" that Modesto flushes into -- smack dab in the nation's fourth-largest market?

I haven't listened to KCBC in a while. Are they still broadcasting religious programming from the 1950s in black-and-white?
