My absolute favorite on air personality is Bethany Moore from FRANK FM 106.3. She is awesome. WE love listening to her and hope to hear a lot more of her. She has a beautiful young voice and so refreshing to hear on air. Check her out she is great. :)
 
As I said before, I am a fan of Bethany. I have met her at a couple of remotes and we have talked radio (don't we all talk radio when we get together!) but the more I listen to her and am amazed that someone that young is that good, and I am not sure of her age, but I'm pretty sure all my children are older than she is.

When she is out on a remote she doesn't go hide behind the van, she gets right out there and promotes the station. There is a funny video of her riding a mechanical bull at a remote floating around out there.

IMHO she could do very well on a major market rock station.
 
Morning radio is where personalities get to shine. So in the truest meaning of the word "Personality", Matty gets my vote. For music it would have to be Mike Roberts on WMJX. I've heard him on several stations and the guy can handle any format you throw at him. That's my idea of a good jock.
