Eric Prydz vs Pink Floyd-"Proper Education"

I know the Pink Floyd purists prolly hate this one, but I love it. It's also been getting a lot of airplay on the radio in Europe lately :)

I've always been a Pink Floyd fan too, yet despite that, I really enjoy Eric Prydz' new twist on that song.

I've heard it already three times on Radio 1 today, but I actually first found the song on the website for the Montreal dj/mixer 'MC Mario'

-My Chemical Romance "Welcome To The Black Parade"

MC Mario is the longtime host of a nationally syndicated Dance show on Canadian radio that counts down the Top 10 biggest Dance record in the clubs of Canada.

FUTURE #1!

This one is ON FIRE!

Lumidee? You kid, right? She's a one-hit wonder who is very lucky to have that one hit, and she can't sing and looks like a whale. Her one hit was nothing special any way - it knicked a beat that was already used to better effect by Sean Paul and Wayne Wonder. I don't know if this is a Patrick Swayze cover or not, but it probably doesn't matter. This girl had "one hit wonder" written all over her the second she came out, much like Lou Bega and Las Ketchup before her.

It is a cover of the smash from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack, and it does sound like it'll do well on CHR radio in 2007.

Agree with SC. Lumidee is nothing special, she just started the trend of summer female R&B one-hit wonders which as of 2003 would be...

2003: Lumidee - Never Leave You (Uh Oh)
2004: Nina Sky - Move Ya Body
2005: Brooke Valentine - Girlfight
2006: Cassie - Me & U

CARRIE UNDERWOOD - Before He Cheats
ROB THOMAS - Streetcorner Symphony
AVRIL LAVIGNE - Keep Holding On
BEYONCE - Irreplaceable
FRAY - How To Save A Life
AUGUSTANA - Boston
CHRISTINA AGUILERA - Hurt
STONE SOUR - Through Glass
CHRIS BROWN - Say Goodbye
DAUGHTRY - It's Not Over
