Fay Fredricks Joining ABC15

Fay's last day at 12 News was last Friday. She is set to join ABC15 to anchor/host The Now @4PM. Thought?? Comments??

Side note: There has been so many drastic changes to not only 12 News in recent months, but the whole market!!
 
Also, did anyone know that Emma Jade is now the Weekend Morning Anchor for 12 News Weekend Today? Evidently, she decided to cut back her hours to raise her baby.
 
Does it annoy anyone else when FTV Live reports "such and such anchor crosses the street" on his website? Yes, I know it refers to a time when most TV stations were literally across the street from one another, but in the last 30 years times have changed... Rant over.

I should be surprised that Fay left KPNX after so many years, but with the many changes happening - Lin Sue kindly shown the door - I'm not. Glad to see Fay could stay in the market... she probably would have been a better fit at 3TV in the evenings, but good luck to her at 15.

Now, how does Seeeeeean McWhatever get shown the door...and out of the Valley? Lol.
 
Wow, I leave town for 2 days and there is yet another anchor change. I am glad that Fay found a spot here in Phoenix. Honestly, Katie and Stephanie better watch out at 15. Fay's professionalism and experience runs circles around them. How long until Fay is named evening anchor (6 months? 1 year??)?

That's because the Repugnant and Channel 12 are no longer under the same corporate umbrella, even if they're still in the same building.
 
I caught Fay as well on her first day. She did a very good job and was a natural fit. But isn't their current anchor desk a bit crowded on weekday evenings (Steve, Katie, Stephanie, and Fay) for 2.5 hours worth of newscasts???
