FCC actions

I see that there were extensive FCC sweeps in October and early November. Most notable is 1610 AM, "R-C-H" Haitian Kreyol in Homestead. This one has been active for many years and had a signal that made it to central Miami-Dade and the northern half of Key Largo.

See: http://www.fcc.gov/eb/FieldNotices/ for all the NAL's etc.

How about the FM's? In Miami, "The Stations Between the Stations" means "Pirates."
