KNRQ does NOT have to move to 107.9 due to FAA objections.

Will the Arlington, Oregon allocation take care of the "problem" with the lack of coverage when KMCQ, The Dalles moves to Cougar Mtn in Seattle?

Arlington, Oregon (295C2) is not too far out from The Dalles and according to my quick calcuations, one "could cover" at least a fair portion of the reduced area for the proposed downgrade of ch 283 of KMCQ at The Dalles, Oregon.
The question I have is with regards to the areas WEST of The Dalles....since Arlington is quite a ways east of The Dalles, that would leave a good portion open on the downstream side of the river. One idea could be to place a translator for a proposed 295 C2 at The Dalles or Hood River and fill-in the west end that way.
