It took longer than expected, but Audacy’s review by the Federal Communications Commission of its proposed restructuring post-bankruptcy ended with an approval. With a 3-2 along party line vote, the decision will allow the company to exit Chapter 11. After securing court approval for its plan in a mere six weeks in February, now that it has FCC clearance in hand, Audacy says it will waste no time to wrap up its reorganization process.
