Considering that they have not owned any stations in this market previously, this decision will not have an impact here in DFW. I would not be surprised to see the Twister be spun off, due to poor performance, signal and programming wise, but that would be it.

It's not likely they would sell KTYS and go with a standalone AM/FM combo. Even if the 96.7 facility is weak, 80% of market #5 is still a facility that can be run with a nice profit.
A lot of the spin-offs are going to be unloading stations they had before the ownership rules last changed that were grandfathered in. Since this is a merger creating a "new" Citadel, some of the existing clusters that are too big have to be broken up, i.e. spinning off something in Albuquerque (where there are too many stations in the current KNML 610, KKOB 770, KTBL 1050, KRST 92.3, KKOB-FM 93.3, KBZU 96.3, KMGA 99.5, KDRF 103.3 cluster) and OK City (WWLS 640, WKY 930, WWLS-FM 97.9, KYIS 98.9, KATT-FM 100.5, KKWD 104.9, KINB 105.3). No doubt the weakest facilities will go (i.e. KINB 105.3).
