Question for radio station management and staff: How much of a bear are FCC EEO audits?

Depends on how much activity you have had--and how widely those positions are advertised. You have been putting an annual EEO report in your public file...?

Biggest PITA is the requirement for on-going recruitment/information activity.
For example--the only job fairs in our area are either put on by competitors or co-sponsored by competitors. Besides--they don't want you there unless you actually have openings.

Probably less than applying for 500 gigs when only 3 of them were real openings, due to the EEO requirements.
