FCC inquiry on Beloit=>Milwaukee translator move

Well, if they didn't construct and operate from all those "intermediate steps", then they've got some explaining to do.

That said, if they did everything legal, I don't see an issue. Legal is legal.

If I were the FCC, I'd start looking within and figure out how all these applications were submitted and approved without someone inside the FCC, at minimum, asking some questions of the applicant. Instead, it took a complaint from Milwaukee broadcasters to raise an eye at the Commission.
