Seems like Hot 87.7 is finally going to be legal. A construction permit has been issued for WPOT-LP Channel 6. It will have 5000 watts ERP from the top of the Prudential. WPOT-LP will use the audio carrier to broadcast its Hot 97 radio station. I think they're going to use the same transmitter they currently use.
