FCC PART 15 QUESTION??

So im fairly new to the whole Radio tech. & how i all really works...i have worked on air and know the whole internet radio curcuit, but im curious to learn about the whole fcc part 15 stuff as i'm interested in starting a community radio station without going through the cazy fcc & money neded to really make a community station launch... being that fcc part 15 is unlicensed and really a low power how can i go about covering a large area or is there anyway other way of going about this task!

You might want to do some reading in the Community Radio board. Plenty of resources, product reviews, ongoing discussion, and basically a forum for where operators and program/element producers meet in a large online marketplace.
