H.R.4896: To amend title II of the Social Security Act.???

Defense Authorization bill, H.R. 4896.???

The only Google response to "H.R. 4896" having anything to do with radio is a link to this thread. WTF?
 
It was a joke I made on April Fool's Day. I have no idea what happened to it, but it was deleted soon after I created it.

Basically, it would ban HD Radio and "replace" it with RDS, cancel the DTV transition, require all stations to identify every five minutes, and some other stuff I thought might make some of the members here chuckle. It was a lot funnier the way I wrote it. I don't think I have a copy on my computer.
