FCC Rules in Favor of WKMK 106.3 vs. Translator

Family Radio wanted to move the W292FV translator to a site in the Bronx, creating another dispute with Press Communications, owner of WKMK 106.3, Thunder Country. The FCC ruled in favor of the latter. The article linked below describes the basis for the decision.
In practical terms, this shouldn’t be a big loss for FR, as they recently received
authorization to operate another translator on 107.9, from lower Manhattan.
