FCC says Cox can drop Macon TV station WPGA from its line up

I was surprised to read about the contract clause allowing Cox to drop the station if it lost its network affiliation. I wonder how standard that clause is in retransmission consent contracts?
One can certainly understand why Cox might like that clause, but I'd think a station would be stupid to accept it.
