"The FCC has dismissed Roy Henderson’s S Content Marketing’s June 2020 application to increase Country 98.3 KULM-FM Columbus TX from a Class A to C1 with a move to 98.7 due to failure to comply with spacing requirements and the involuntary channel substitution proposed for 98.7 KTXN-FM Victoria to 98.3."
