FCC silences 103.3 pirate

For about half a year Free Radio Chukson operated on 103.3 and their signal covered most of the market.
According to the FCC's official report, they found the studio and a UHF studio to transmitter link at a house in central Tucson.

It appears that they shut down the STL transmitter rather than the FM transmitter which was in the Catalina Mountains.

Meanwhile freeradiochukson.org is still operating.

103.3 has long been a favorite frequency for Tucson pirates. I wonder who will be next.

...erm -- try http://freeradiochukshon.org/ instead; looks like they're using 90.9 now....
