FCC to investigate PPM

Interstate 78

Saw the article on the radio-info homepage. Minority broadcasters are saying the PPM undercounts them. If the FCC did in fact find these allegations founded, could this be a good thing for smooth jazz radio? After all, smooth jazz did seem to take a major hit in many cities that originally were doing well with the old ratings system.
