FCC transactions

R&R posts daily stations sales on its site, which are available for the past week, but is there an easily accessible list with price/sales data, outside of those posted by individual brokers on their websites, that shows station sales for the last year or a similar significant period of time? I mean, as a tool in getting a general idea for values and the factors that effect them?

Unfortunately, I've never found a free list that that's free and includes a large amount of history.

You can buy a BIAfn yearbook, but they cost a fortune. However, if you use it regularly as I do, it's worth its weight in gold.

Those numbers aren't always correct, though. I looked up a station here in Arizona that was sold as part of a real estate transaction, essentially for nothing, and they made up some small fictional amount with no significance to anything.
