Not if it goes to a judge

SCOTUS couldn’t even unanimously say the Constitution says what it says. They have generally consistently granted him more and more unchecked power and signaled a willingness to do even more. The setbacks to date have mostly been temporary at the lower levels. His track record of ultimate victories far outweighs his losses.

Let’s make this simple: the law doesn’t matter. The Constitution doesn’t matter. The old rules don’t apply. There are no guardrails. We need to stop pretending there is any meaningful check on his power because some law says there is.
