Then why isn't WCRS and/or WCRX listed in the ratings chart? Seems to me that if the equipment has been installed, then we should at least show up somewhere in the table. Dozens of stations are listed towards the bottom of it that don't have a rating, just a "-". Can't we at least join that crowd? Did you install the stuff yourself, knowbetter?
Hmmm...could it be that no one (or at least no one with a meter) is listening? ???
I assume that if we have the equipment installed but no one with a meter is listening, then we would appear in the chart with either a 0.0 or a "-" after our letters.
As other folks have mentioned, it could be that nobody is listening, or it could be that the proper paperwork wasn't filled out, or if could be a mistake on Arbitron's end. From what I understand, there was an issue with duplicated call signs, so the 102.1 station is not coded by the normal station calls, or at least it wasn't. If the transition from the actually PPM calls, wasn't correlated to the Station Calls, much like Virtual TV channels, the data could presumably be lost, or misfiled...
here is a snippet of what I have from Arbitron, on the actual 102.1 encoder...

This email is a reminder that I’ll be calling you on Thursday 9/29/2011 to conduct testing of your encoding equipment for the following stations
XXRX-FM
To facilitate the test, I will need to listen to your station’s over the air signal via a landline telephone (preferably a POTS line) to expedite the process.
I look forward to working with you and completing the encoding process; I will talk to you tomorrow

Now, if by chance the XXRX-FM calls are not connected to 102.1 Columbus, obviously, the station wouldn't appear...if this is the case, there might be listeners who are not counted.. While it might be nice to get some indication, I would be pleasantly surprised to see any real showing at all, but at least, it's worth investigation. After all, it may not only be a local phenomena.
Ill drop them a line....
