Feb PPM Numbers

What happened in the Feb PPM report? I heard KFBK AM-FM is less than half of what KFBK/KGBY was doing a year ago. What's happening in the AC battle between Star, the Zone, and the Mix. Anything else of note in the Feb numbers?

Hmmm! Last I heard, their TOH ID says "Nevada County Broadcasters". This is a group of investors that own the stations.
