I had cartons and cartons of music carts from KVI's oldies days. Reached out to KCMU/KEXP (don't remember which it was, but still housed @ UW CMU building at that point) and they wanted them -- I assumed for just the value of the raw tape carts. Couple weeks later received a "thank you" note highlighting several of the treasures that were in the box -- I was completely surprised they had ANY Interest in some of the material that was in the library (couple of Dean Martin classics come to mind!!). Still can't believe they would have made it to air -- but who knows???
