FEDER: ABC Radio

*It's business as usual this week at all four ABC-owned radio stations in Chicago despite persistent rumors that Walt Disney Co. may be looking to sell off its ABC Radio Stations division. Inside Radio reports that the company quietly has commissioned Goldman Sachs to solicit bids.

Inside Radio has reported Disney is only looking to sell the radio networks, not the stations.

There have been other reports (or rumors) that The Mouse is looking to get out of radio completely, including networks, syndication, 24/7 satellite-delivered formats and owned stations. Neutron Jack did it, and he was supposted to be a business genius. Maybe Disney could sell the radio network to Westwood One. Then they'd own both the Red and the Blue networks.
