Great column and great post! Interesting how WMVP out billed WSCR and with those big salaries at WSCR you have to think it is much cheaper to rum WMVP. Good work Mitch you are doing a really good job! Between that station and the disaster that WJMK is you wonder what CBS radio is thinking. Add to that steady declining revenue at B96. CBS could own this market with USN and XRT too bad the other stations are disasters.

Yeah, B96 is suffering with 20+ million in revenue.

WRONG!!! WMVP outbilled WSCR because of the White Sox and Bulls, and do you know how much those rights cost them? Gazillions!! You have to sell everything that moves in those broadcasts to actually make them profitable.

You know what the best part about B96 making 22 million dollars is? They still can't afford to pay a webguy to actually keep their web site looking decent.

Tim Spinnin Schommer gets let go? What do we do? Okay, just put a big red SPACE in the place where his name used to be on the site!

Not calling ourselves the "Killer Bee" anymore so we can't have "Killer Bee Staff" on our web site? Put a big red block where that used to be, too. Ghet-to.
