Fee...Fi...Foe...Fola!

Fee...Fi...Foe...Fola,...could this be the Topic of Payola? Over my shoulder, at a backward glance, I believe that it happened twice within 12-years time. On a National basis...a National Payola Sting! The Sting sent corp suits into a pucker factor of #9
(#9...#9...#9). Oddly enough, there were no courtroom battles, as the fines were levied, and then...to avoid prosecution, the fines were paid, we assume. The press even listed the groups, and the size of each fine. I wonder if the "Labels" received any spanking, but then again, the FCC has no juris over them. Is it about time for that to "Happen" again? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm? Am I the only one that remembers this?

Well,...let me break-out the jumper cables, and clamp onto a few big toes, and any other short apendages nessesary to jump-start this ever-so taboo topic, that every area GM would rather just forget, and have two fingers of Beam. As I remember, it was Entercom that held the honor of the largest Nationwide fine, then CC, and Citadel rounding-out the top three. It was also said, at the time of the last lev-vee-ing...ing...ing, that Entercom allegedly topped the list, due to having the most CHR stations.
Now, on this topic, somewhere out there, are those far more learn-id than I, but you need to...SPEAK UP!
